WHEREAS I recently challenged the citizens of Talossa to update TalossaWiki and port the last remaining content on kingdomoftalossa.net to TalossaWiki, and
WHEREAS I offered anyone who made 20 such updates or ports the chance to have me issue a Prime Dictate declaring a Day of Observance commemorating a topic of their choice, and
WHEREAS Sir Alexandreu Davinescu has made that number of updates, and
WHEREAS He clearly thought it would be funny to take advantage of my promise to celebrate all of these Days of Observance, and
WHEREAS I guess I should have expected that
THEREFORE be it known that on 18 August 2018/XXXIX, the nation shall celebrate the consumption of sandwiches made exclusively of rye bread or a similarly dense equivalent, sriracha sauce, the pulp of a boiled squash, and fresh sliced grapes.
