I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS, His Majesty The King, after years of careful and meticulous research, crafted the brilliant text of the Berber Project for the benefit of all Talossans, and

WHEREAS, the Berber Project is at last available for all citizens of our noble Kingdom to read and study, and

WHEREAS, it is most desirable that the mystical and historical connection with the Berbers be better understood,

THEREFORE, I issue a solemn recommendation for all Talossans to read the re-released Berber Project.
