8RC18 — The Andrew Punishment Act

The Cosâ hereby resolves to change the name of "Henry David Thoreau" Province to its original, historical name of Maritiimi Province, which it has had ever since early 1983. The original name is old Talossan for "maritime"- appropriate since the province is coastal and contains Port Wozniak. The new name has no meaning whatever for the Kingdom (Thoreau was never even IN Talossa!). This act also replaces the original flag or Maritiimi upon it, effectively burning any ridiculous replacement. This act cannot be overturned by the Provincial Gov't for at least a period of 12 months.
