The Chechnya Independence Act
WHEREAS Talossa has a history of recognizing ethnic self-determination efforts world-wide, and WHEREAS the Republic of Chechnya (in the Caucasus Mountains, inhabited by the Chechen ethnic group) has maintained a de facto independences from Russia for several years now since the collapse of the USSR, THEREFORE the Kingdom of Talossa hereby Chechya full diplomatic recognition as an independent, sovereign state.
