Law:The PD 9 Up for a Cosâ Vote Act

WHEREAS the King vetoed PD 9 of the August Clark 1998; and

WHEREAS Porto Claro really is a bug nation;

THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby overrules the King's veto and introduces the following as Law in Talossa:

"The Porto Claro Act of October 1996 is hereby repealed, effectively withdrawing any recognition of any of the Porto Claros out there."
