The Provincial Democratisation Act

Whereas, the Provinces of Pórt Maxhestic and Atatürk are currently spinning out of control with no government, Therefore, in the interests of democaracy, the Ocsâ hereby gives the Secretary of State power to conduct democratic elections in these provinces beginning no later than the end of February 1991/XII. Charmaine Chvala-Smith is installed as interim Grand General Secretary of Pórt Maxhestic, and David Kuenn as Premier of Atatürk, pending completion of elections.
