MTPGD3--Grant of Honorary Residency for Xheneta Britxind
DECREED: August 3rd, 2012/XXXIII
I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2012/XXXIII, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
I hereby grant honorary residency to Xheneta Britxind, citizen of Atatürk Province, even though I do not believe I could pronounce her name. Xheneta is entitled to live in the territory, should she choose to, along with ingress and egress rights to her claimed chunk of the ice. Xheneta must provide her own coat.
It has also came to my attention that Xheneta wishes to make a solo expedition to the Marie Byrd Land, what we know and claim as Péngöpäts, to formally plant the Talossan flag into the gro--snow. We in the Royal Governor's Office wish her the best of luck, and remind her not to mess with the Emperor Penguins. They are really mean! Furthermore, should she succeed, the day shall be declared "Xheneta Britxind Day" throughout Péngöpäts, and we at the Royal Governor's Office shall send her a nice thank you card with a smiley face.
