I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2014/XXXV, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Acting on an application for immigration dated April 23rd, I hereby grant honorary residency to Sevastáin Pinátsch, citizen of Atatürk Province, along with all the rights and honor that it has, if it has any at all. Sevastáin is entitled to live in the territory, should he choose to, along with ingress and egress to and from the property he stakes a claim in.
As noted in the application, Sevastáin doesn't have the money for a vacation or the expertise to do research, but would sincerely appreciate a place to "park his butt". We welcome Sevastáin's willingness to, in no uncertain terms, freeze his @ss off.
I thank Sevastáin Pinátsch for his interest in the Great Territory Down Under, and invite him to read up on frostbite during his flight down.
