Missing Laws/Acts

This template seems handy, but one problem with it is that when looking at the list of statutes there will no longer be any indication of which ones have missing text. One can look at the missing laws category, but that is not organized by Clark, which makes it not so useful for figuring out where to look for the missing text. Thoughts? Siervicul (talk)

Almost all of those are from a single period. I left the template off of the ones that are elsewhere.--AD (talk) 18:46, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
