34RZ14 — The $20 Registration Fee Act
WHEREAS, the mounting costs of running the Kingdom of Talossa need to be defrayed, and Whereas, the Organic Law grants the Secretary of State the right to impose a uniform fee on political parties to defray the costs of Talossa's official expenditures,
THEREFORE, the Ziu hereby directs the Secretary of State to charge a fee of 1180 Ben ($20 US) to each political party in forthcoming elections, with the understanding that parties which do not pay the fee shall not be registered. The funds will be placed in the Account of Inland Revenue and the government may, by law, appropriate funds from that account to defray specific, itemized expenditures.
