The Croatian Independence Act
Whereas the people of Croatia have proclaimed their Independence from communist, Serbian-dominated Yugoslavia and currently struggle to assert their own autonomy and civil rights, Therefore the Kingdom of Talossa hereby recognizes the free and independent Republic of Croatia (as we did for Slovenia last Dec.), and accords her full diplomatic recognition.
