8RC3 — The Immigrant Census Act
All immigrants entering the country (keep reading, it's a different bill) following the passage of this bill must complete a census form, which will be prepared by the Secretary of State and the Minister of Stuff. The census forms will be stored by the Secretary of State for future reference.
