19RC4 — The Melfare Act
WHEREAS, the Progressive Conservative Party’s "Contract with Melanie" promises to give an official MELFARE award to Melanie Freeman in honour of her production of multiple Talossan offspring, and
WHEREAS, the PC always keeps its promises,
THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby instructs the Minister of Stuff to create a MELFARE CERTIFICATE, one copy of which will be presented to every parent of a native-born Talossan citizen. The Melfare Certificate will entitle its bearer to present the Certificate at any store which recognizes the validity of the certificate, and receive free food, clothing, and Gerber for native-born Talossans. The Melfare Certificate will be drafted by the Minister of Stuff and presented for approval to the Cosâ at a later date if this bill passes.
