8RC47 — The National Bank Account Act
The Kingdom of Talossa is desperately in need of some sort of financial system. For too long, our treasury (when there has been one) has been kept in shoeboxes, wallets, or memories. Therefore it is proposed that a National Bank Account be created at the UWM Credit Union, and that drawing rights be granted to Robert Madison, John Jahn and Tom Buffone. All money taken in by the RT government will be deposited herein, where it will (if over $50) earn interest. N omeny may be legally withdrawn therefrom without the consent of the Cosâ, which may prepare budgetary bills to govern the collection and expenditure of Talossan revenue.
Proposed by: Robert Madison (PC-Vuode); John Jahn (TNP-Pórt Maxhestic)
