Whereas official agencies of the Kingdom pre-require prospective citizens to provide the Kingdom with a personal postal address and telephone number which is stored on electronic databases built into the Kingdom of Talossa's main website hosting package,

Whereas this information is stored indefinitely and is available for viewing by registered political party leaders, the Secretary of State, The Monarch and his agents and any cyber-terrorist, phisher or hacker,

Whereas this information is of an extreme personal nature and should not be stored on insecure web servers in the manner that it has been stored,

Whereas this information is collected in a web script form, which is filled in by a Prospective Citizen when joining the Kingdom, which forces the user input fields for postal address and telephone number to be required for submittal,

THEREFORE be it enacted by the Ziu that it shall no longer be an immigration requirement to provide a postal address and telephone number upon application for citizenship

HOWEVER a valid email address must be provided as well as information regarding the prospective citizen's country of residence and, if in the United States of America, State of Residence

FURTHERMORE a full postal address and telephone number may still be requested allowing for the citizen to choose whether to provide this information or not

ADDITIONALLY Upon the passage of this act the Secretary of State must take measures to ensure that any prospective citizen or fully naturalized citizen that has personal details currently on the database is provided with a clear and easy method to request the removal of same.

FINALLY The government and Chancery be granted a period of 90 days grace to take reasonable measures to ensure compliance with this act.
