The Recognition of the Vatican Act

WHEREAS, Talossa has not officially recognized the Roman Catholic city-state of the Vatican, the Cosâ hereby recognizes the Vatican as an official nation worthy of establishing an embassy and diplomatic relations.

  1. This act was attributed to Robert Madison in the Digest of Laws kept at kingdomoftalossa.net, but inspection of The Clark (Volume 17, Number 5, 21st Cosâ, September 1996/XVII) shows it to be attributed to Mattias Muth.
