In this role you will collect contact and background information on behalf of the Kingdom for external organizations such as, but not limited to, micronations, NGOs, companies, charities, or other public facing entities. You will prepare a report and offer analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats should the Kingdom attempt to engage. Each liaison will be specified, and does not open a formal relationship, just a gathering of data and intelligence.

Private Cabinet Discussions

It is Government policy to maintain confidence with previous administrations whenever possible, to allow for free and honest discussions. We will not be disclosing the substance of Cabinet discussions unless it is absolutely necessary, and then every effort will be made to screen the identities of those involved.

Preserved Cabinet Discussions

It is Government policy that all significant government business will take place on the Cabinet forum or other recorded venue, and will accordingly be preserved for posterity and to assist future government decision-making.

Public Notice of Policy Changes

When Government policies are changed, a public announcement will be made to disclose this fact. The citizens of Talossa deserve to know how their government is operating and when changes have been made.

Sound Character Required for Government Postings

The Prime Ministry wishes to announce that all postings within the Government will only be available to citizens of good character. Serious allegations of wrongdoing must be addressed before anyone will be considered for a position representing their fellow citizens or wielding government authority.

Target Immigration Rate: 1.0 per month

The Government's target immigration rate is 1.0 per month on average. While quality is more important than quantity, a lower bound on the expected rate of naturalizations is a good benchmark of a functioning immigration system. It is not the whole picture, but it's a useful piece of the picture.
