The South-West Territories Act
Whereas, numerous futile efforts have been made to prod the South-West Territories into taking upon themselves Provincial status as the "Province of Flúviâ," but, Whereas, such efforts have consistently failed; THEREFORE the Cosa hereby throws up its hands in frustration and names Andrew Wozniak Governor of the South-West Territories and furthermore confirms their Territorial status. If Wozniak refuses the appointment, the Prime Minister shall designate someone else.
