6RC18 — The Territorial Lands and Waters Act
WHEREAS, certain American efforts are underway to erect artificial land barriers at sea in the interest of protecting the RT coastline from further erosion, but
WHEREAS the legal status of such land is murky,
Be it hereby resolved that any land created or reclaimed within the territorial waters of Talossa will form an inalienable part of the Kingdom and be alloted to whatever province or territory is closest to the land concerned.
