Uglhán Cruceatúl

Uglhán Cruceatúl (Jules Buelen) was a citizen of Talossa and of Florencia Province. He became a Talossan citizen on 21 August 2000 and renounced his citizenship while serving as Senator for his province on 1 June 2004 as a member of the group that founded the Talossan Republic
