'''Martì-Páir Furxhéir''' (Martin-Pierre Frenette) was a citizen of Talossa.  

Furxhéir became a citizen of Talossa on 21 January {{year|2001}} and two months later was appointed Secretary of State by Prime Minister [[Michael Pope]] to commence the fourth Clark of the 28th Cosa.  He served nearly five Cosas as [[Secretary of State]], leaving the Kingdom while holding that office and also while a sitting Senator, during the crisis of 2004 that created the [[Talossan Republic]].
