{{whe}}this is apparently the will of the Fiovan people, and
{{whe}}it is on the day of the adoption of this resolution that they will say that the war on smugness started, and
{{whe}}the General Assembly hasn't had much business to attend to recently, and
{{whe}}since our Cunstaval probably wouldn't understand what this is all about, and
{{whe}}that doesn't really matter anyway, now
{{the}}be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, for its members are uniquely placed to resolve such matters, that Belgium started it.
