In the light of certain communications made in camera to the Justices of the Uppermost Court (El Cort Pü Inalt) of the Kingdom of Talossa (El Regipäts Talossan), we announce, with immediate effect, that the Wittenberg accounts herein listed shall be temporarily frozen for the gathering of information. All of the parties concerned may communicate with the Cort by any of the formally established means, and may be confidant that these circumstances shall be considered with the utmost seriousness and at the greatest dispatch.

Eiric S. Börnatfiglheu
shall be temporarily frozen for the gathering of information, and henceforth that account shall equally be considered to be a part of the list under investigation. All of the parties concerned may communicate with the Cort by any of the formally established means, and may be confidant that these circumstances shall be considered with the utmost seriousness and at the greatest dispatch.
