'''FURTHERMORE''' the Seneschal of the Kingdom of Talossa, or his appointed deputy, shall undertake to create, manage, and promote a voluntary fundraising campaign to the citizens of Talossa and other interested parties over the course of this term.  The targeted amount for this campaign shall be ℓ40 ($60 USD), in accordance with the direction of Lex.D.2.1.5.4.  The fundraising campaign will end once this target is reached, and no more than one fundraising campaign is authorized.  The proceeds from seigniorage, sales of stamps, contributions from official Supporters of Talossa, and other moneymaking schemes shall be counted towards this fundraising target if the Seneschal, or his appointed deputy, so choose.

'''FURTHERMORE''' the Minister of Finance of the Kingdom of Talossa, or his appointed deputy, undertake to create, manage, and promote a voluntary fundraising campaign to produce supplementary funds for the production of coins to the citizens of Talossa and other interested parties over the course of this term.  On this basis shall the number of coins minted be determined, as decided by the Government based on the interest expressed and funds raised.
