An organization is registered with the Director of the Bureau of Home Affairs the name of the organization, the name of its leader (along with a method to contact them), and a brief statement of its mission.

'''Registering a community:''' A community is any form of organization lower than a province (''i.e.'' canton, parish, township). A community is registered with the Director of the Bureau of Home Affairs by providing the name of the area, its boundaries, the resolution that established the area, and any history and leadership information.

'''Registering a landmark:''' A landmark is registered with the Director of the Bureau of Home Affairs by providing the legislative act that established the landmark and a brief history.
