The Anti-Buffone Maneœuvre Amendment

In order to prevent MCs from simply stating at the beginning of a Term of Office how they intend to vote (or abstain) on any or all bills proposed without regard to the merits or demerits of said bills, the Cosa hereby resolves to force MCs to use their brains and show some respect for those who put them in office in the first place, and adopts this amendment to Article 57 of the RT Constituziun:

"An MC's votes must be physically or verbally cast during the month of the current Clark. MCs cannot vote on bills or the Vote of Confidence outside the month during which those pieces of legislation are before the Cosa."
