The Secretary of State is hereby directed to suggest to all prospective citizens that they read The History of the Kingdom of Talossa by Robert Madison, but since the Cosâ realizes that a bought book guarantees not a read book, the law mandating that all new citizens purchase that book is repealed. (Think about it: you can't make people read the book, so why make them buy it?)
