8RC5 — An Act to Finally Put a Limit on How Many Bills You Can Submit
The Cosâ hereby repeals all bills which conflict with the follwing. Each political party may submit a limited number of bills to the Clark every month. The limit is equal to the number of people who voted for the party in the previous election.
