The King and the PM shall each have the right of Veto over any bill passed by the Cosa. If a bill is vetoed by one and not the other, the veto may be overriden by a simple majority vote in a subsequent CLARK. If the bill is vetoed by both the King and PM, a two-thirds majority is required to override the Veto. All laws not in concord with the above Act are repealed.
