The Cosâ hereby repeals all bills which conflict with the follwing. Each political party may submit a limited number of bills to the Clark every month. The limit is equal to the number of people who voted for the party in the previous election. Thus, one-person parties may submit one bill per month; a party which gets five votes may submit five bills per month. Please let this be the end of this issue!!

The Cosâ hereby repeals all bills which conflict with the follwing. Each political party may submit a limited number of bills to the Clark every month.
