8RC6 — The Cosa Anti-Longwindedness Act

The Cosâ hereby repeals all bills which conflict with the follwing. Each political party may submit a limited number of bills to the Clark every month. The limit is equal to the number of people who voted for the party in the previous election. Thus, one-person parties may submit one bill per month; a party which gets five votes may submit five bills per month. Please let this be the end of this issue!!

Proposed by: John Jahn (TNP-Pórt Maxhestic), Robert Madison (PC-Vuode)
