The Declaration of Independence Vertical Insertion Act
Whereas the 1979 Declaration of Independence of Talossa is a sacred document for our heritage, Therefore the Cosâ hereby considers it to be of constitutional importance and vertically inserts its text into the Constituziun, to appear immediately after the Preamble thereof.
