The Do Your Stuff Minister Act
To foster and facilitate broader communication within the Talossan Citizenry, the Cosâ hereby requests that the current holder of the office of Minster of Stuff create a complete and up-to-date list of all living Talossan citizens; and furthermore, that this list be published and distributed withing the next 60 days.
