7RC10 — The Historical but not Real Borders Act
The Cosa hereby declares Talossa's historic borders to be those which were confirmed by the United States Government prior to the unfair treaty of 26 September 1833 (see pages 20 and 21 of the History). However, approval of this bill in no way is to be seen as making present territorial claims against the United States, merely a recognition of past history.
