The Kingdom of Talossa hereby resolves to scrap the outmoded and confusing Organic Law by the end of the year 1988, and replace it with a new National Constitution. Furthermore, a Committee on the New Constitution is hereby formed, to study the problem. The Committee will consist of: King Robert I, John Jahn, and Dan Lorentz, and such other members as it shall see fit to admit.
