6RC82 — The Party Leader Power Act
The relevant sentence of Article 2 of the Vote By Post Act is altered to read: "A Member of the Cosa, elected to serve for a specific party, may be removed from his seat by the leader of that Party for mis-, mal-, or non-feasance, and replaced. If the PM is not the leader of his party and is removed by the party leader, the Cosa is dissolved immediately and new elections are called."
