The Quickie PM Nomination Act
Art. 46 of the Constituziun is changed to read as follows: The King/Regent shall apooint, from among the Members of the Cosâ, a Prime Minister. This shall be done after consultation with party leaders with the objective of selecting a PM who will receive the support of a majority of the Cosâ in upcoming Votes of Confidence. Should a single party win an outright majority in the Cosâ, the King shall appoint as Prime Minister the choice indicated to him by that party's leader. Furthermore, Art. 45 is changed; the sentence "The first task of a newly elected Cosâ is to elect its Prime Minister" is deleted.
