The Slovenia Act
Whereas, on 26 December 1990 the Republic of Slovenia seceded from the increasingly fascistic, Serbian-dominated Yugoslavia, and Whereas the Kingdom of Talossa is in favour of ethnic freedom everywhere, and Whereas it would look silly for a secessionist state to oppose other secessionist states, and Whereas December 26 is a great day for independence movements everywhere, Therefore the Cosâ formally recognises the Republic of Slovenia as a legitimate sovereign state and accords her full diplomatic recognition.
