The Uniform By-Election Ballot Amendment
The following text is added to Article 57a of the Constituziun:
A common, generic by-election ballot shall he used in every by-election, except with an empty space wherein to stamp or write the election deadline of that particular by-election. The by-election ballot shall have a space for the Progressive Conservative Party (which has contested every national election in Talossa since 1985) and a space for write-in Challengers. No advertising shall appear on the generic by-election ballot.
