34PD33 — Official Appointments PD
I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshal del Regipats Talossan, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictates:
WHEREAS the following offices are currently vacant
THEREFORE, I hereby appoint Oliver Brainerd to the position of National Archivist and I appoint Peter Onsgard to the position of Commissioner of the Civil Service and authorize them to carry out any and all duties associated with these offices.
