34PD19 — Secretary of State PD
I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshal del Regipats Talossan, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court has temporarily appointed me the Prime Minister of Talossa, and
WHEREAS, the position of Secretary of State is currently vacant, and
WHEREAS John Woolley has displayed the ability and willingness to assume this responsibility, and
WHEREAS, he has my complete confidence,
THEREFORE I hereby appoint John Woolley as the Secretary of State and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
God Save the King!
