Whereas, the Uppermost Cort has unanimously recommended Geoff Toumayan for Talossan Citizenship, and Whereas his Essay appears in the 1 June Støtanneu, Therefore, the Cosâ hereby confers upon him all the rights, privileges, and awesome responsibilities of Talossan Citizenship.
