La Mhà Nheagrâ (pronounced [ɫɐ va ɲeˈaɡɾɐ], English: the black hand), also known as The Black Hand or Manus Nigrum, was a Talossan political party. It was founded by two former members of the PC, Wes Erni and King Robert I.
