Éovart Andrinescù is a citizen of Talossa.

Andrinescù was born on the 27th of June 1998. He became a citizen of Talossa on 23 June 2013 and was assigned to the Free Province of Fiôvâ. He previously served as Fiôvâ's Secretary of State. Éovart was also an affiliate member of the Talossan Press Association and the creator of the "dynamic fiction project" blog Talossa 2031. Éovart served as the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
