The Royal Bank & Post (El Banqeu es Post Rexhital) is responsible for the design, minting, printing, distribution, and redemption of all national currency, postage, and commemoratives. The Minister of Finance serves as Chairman of the Bank & Post and appoints a president to oversee its operation.

The Bank & Post is also responsible for valuation of the nation's currency, a task performed by the members of the Royal Treasury Reserve Board, who are appointed and serve at the pleasure of the President of the Royal Bank & Post.
