The Basque Freedom Act
Whereas, the long suffering Basque nation has an ancient language and culture worth preserving, and Whereas the debilitating and demoralising effects of living under Spanish rule are truly blood-curdling, Therefore the Talossan nation proclaims its unbounded solidarity with, and moral support for, those sections of the Basque population engaged in a non-violent, democratic struggle for independence. Furthermore, the Foreign Minister is empowered to delivr our position to the Spanish delegation of the United Nations.
