Harry Lee Madison was a citizen of Talossa and of Vuode province. He was the father of Robert Ben Madison, founder of the nation, and owner of Vuode Palace, the childhood home of Robert I in which Talossa was first declared.
Madison became a Talossan citizen on 26 December 1984, and remained a citizen until his death on 29 November 2006, although he had ceased active Talossan life some years earlier, and his activity had been questionable for a long time, with many suspecting his son of claiming actions for his father.
