Sir Joel M. (Josh) Macht was a citizen of Talossa. He was the fourth citizen of Talossa and the first citizen of the province of Cézembre.

Macht became a citizen of Talossa in July of 1981. He later married fellow Talossan Sandee Prachel.

During the historic 1982 expedition that resulted in the annexation of Atatürk province, Macht heroically stopped the royal bleeding by bandaging a serious wound received by Robert I on the Atatürk coast, a place commemorated since as "Porto Josh". For this action, Macht was knighted into the Order for the Nation.
