34PD27 — Ministry of Stuff PD

I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshal del Regipats Talossan, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS the cabinet post of Minister of Stuff is currently empty,

THEREFORE I hereby appoint Don Deutschmann to the position of Minister of Stuff and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
