34PD3 — Declaration of a Living Cosa

I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS, Immigration Day events will be held on March 13 at Napoleon's Store, and

WHEREAS, a large number of Talossans will be present at said store on this date, and

WHEREAS, the holding of a Living Cosâ is greatly desired to enhance the life of the nation, and
